Zee is a supporting protagonist introduced in Ice Age: Adventures of Buck Wild. She is a female zorilla who lives in the hidden Dinosaur World, also known as the Lost World, where she works alongside Buck to protect its fragile balance.
The character was voiced by actress Justina Machado, who described Zee as an adventurous and humorous addition to the story’s ensemble.
Biography
Zee is revealed to be an old ally of Buck from a time when they were part of a team dedicated to maintaining peace among the creatures of the Lost World. Their earlier partnership helped establish a watering hole intended as a neutral space where animals of different species could coexist harmoniously.
By the time Crash and Eddie arrive underground, Buck has been living more independently, and it is implied that his old team, including Zee, had separated.
However, the emergence of the antagonist Orson, a highly intelligent Protoceratops determined to dominate the Lost World, forces Zee and Buck to reunite and resume their shared mission.
